MIRED AND TIRED

‘Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God. Leviticus 19:31

Children of the Most High God. Today is a day of wonder. Look around you and see the beauty of it.
Do not look at lack, for what profit is there, there? Choose to see what the Lord does and bask in the fullness of His hand.

“And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for  yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15

Seek the Lord and fill yourselves with wisdom, for wisdom that matures and is of value comes from seeking Him and no other. Do not become mired in man’s interpretation of truth. Jesus is the sure way to loose a mired, tired foot.

“20 Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations— 21 “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle,” 22 which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines of men? 23 These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh.” Colossians 2:20-23

EVEN THAT:

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28

Continue in your vision. Make what is available to you work for the good-And do not look at what may evolve, but at what is. Is Jesus not the Light that illuminates the unknown way?

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12

FORMS OF GODLINESS
Trouble and trauma comes from seeking your own path before seeking The Lord’s direction. This, beloved, is a sure way to loose upon you, confusion. And in a confused state, you may become lost in your works.

Ponder this…

3 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 2 Timothy 3:1-5

HERE’S THE NUGGET: You have much to do so do it with all joy and never forget who and why you are. Always remember to share yourselves, for what good is a sweet fragrance if entrapped in a bottle?

Until next time,
You are the love potion No. 9 – So Shine.
