“But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God” 1 Corinthians 11:16
CHURCHES OF GOD
There is no room in the churches of God for bitter contentious people. As an ambassador, you must be very careful not to become bitter or contentious: Love overcomes. Be mindful that as The Lord’s Ambassadors, you are not equipped to condemn, but you are given authority to administer JOY; the joy of presenting the Truth. You who once were without direction and purpose, now have life and purpose, so aspire to do what is given you to do with joy and thanksgiving.
Look around you: Look at all of those who are clamoring to be in front. Don’t you know beloved that it is not always the best of places to be, number one? Why? Because it is impossible to maintain this position! It is far better to serve and to guide, so strive to do what The Lord gives you to do as well as you are able and you will find your peace and prosperity:
“Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31
AS THE LORD WILLS
14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! 15 For He says to Moses, “I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion.” 16 So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. 17 For the Scripture says to the Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth.” 18 Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens.
19 You will say to me then, “Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?” 20 But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” 21 Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?
22 What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, 23 and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, 24 even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?” Romans 9:14-24
Beloved, there are hard times ahead, but now is not the time to worry or fret, for what profit is there in this? We are in a strange season. The Lord asks us to believe for more and yet expects us to wait diligently and in preparation for His promise to be fulfilled in our lives. Most everyone I know feels a wrestling in The Spirit and no one ever said that waiting upon The Lord was always going to be a bowl of cherries. We are to pray and prepare, with the earnest expectation that our prayers are heard and will be attended to: But if you ask and do not believe, why ask? Ask and believe but always be mindful that The Lord gives as He wills; you do not receive as you will, for who are you but a child of The Most High, and what child dares to demand or find fault in their Father?
Enjoy your days, for they are bountiful! Enjoy the life the Lord gives you this day. Find your peace today and see that tomorrow is in The Lord’s Hands. Understand that to negate what you are given will not go well with you:
“ 1 Therefore we must give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest we drift away. 2 For if the word spoken through angels proved steadfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just reward, 3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, 4 God also bearing witness both with signs and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, according to His own will?” Hebrews 2:1-4
Are you consumed with fire? Are you deluged by floods? Is there sickness and disease about you? The Lord is Your Father who cares about you. Seek your desires and always look forward, but do not chastise or degrade what and where and why you are where you are today.
HERE’S THE NUGGET:
An Ascent takes time, but a fall is swift.

hold dearly to your salvation.
